The Department of Finance (Finance) is making an open approach to the market to seek Tenders from organisations with the capacity and capability to provide services to examine options for the future management, operation and ownership of the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC).
To receive a copy of the Request for Tender and related documents, Prospective Tenderers must complete and return the Tender Registration Form and a signed/executed and completed Deed Poll (Tender Registration Documents).
Tender Registration Documents must not be altered, other than to insert details where appropriate. Please note that Tenderers should execute the Tender Registration Documents on behalf of the organisation if multiple individuals within the organisation wish to view the Tender and related documents. Finance may choose not to accept a Tender Registration Form or Deed Poll that contains alterations.
The completed Tender Registration Documents must be scanned and sent via email to: ARTC.Taskforce@finance.gov.au
Where organisations have submitted correctly and fully completed Tender Registration Documents by 4:00pm (Canberra local time) on a business day, Finance will seek to provide, where possible, the required password or access code on the same business day. Where organisations have submitted correctly completed Tender Registration Documents on a non-business day or after 4:00pm (Canberra local time) on a business day, Finance will seek to provide the required password or access code on the next business day.
Finance will accept Tender Registration Documents from the date of publication of this notice on AusTender. Prospective Tenderers should provide these documents to Finance as soon as possible to allow sufficient time to prepare a tender response. Only Prospective Tenderers that comply with the registration requirements will be issued with the Request for Tender and related documents.
