Multi-Use List for the Provision of Research Services to the Australian Civil-Military Centre
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Australian Civil Miltary Centre (ACMC) is establishing a Research Multi-Use List (RMUL) of experts and organisations interested in providing practical research expertise to identify and fill the most consequential gaps to help develop Australia’s civil-military capabilities for conflict and disaster management.
ACMC’s research projects support best practice in Australia’s civil-military processes, plans and capabilities in order for Australia to help prevent and respond more effectively to conflicts and disasters overseas. The projects secure practical research directly or by partnering with government agencies, academic research institutions, international organisations and non-governmental organisations.
This RMUL process aims to provide ACMC with a pool of pre-qualified suppliers who have satisfied the Conditions for Participation for inclusion on the list and who can provide the Research Services required by ACMC.
More information about ACMC and its mission, goals, objectives, structure and previous research activities is available from the web site: www.acmc.gov.au
Applicants must meet each of the Conditions for Participation specified at Clause 6 of Part A of the RMUL ACMC 01/2013 ATM document to be considered for inclusion on the RMUL.
The RMUL will operate for a period of two (2) years from 31 October 2013 and will be continuously open for applications for inclusion on the RMUL for the same period. ACMC reserves the right to extend the RMUL for two further periods each of one (1) year each, at the absolute discretion of ACMC.
