PROVISION OF INSPECTION, TESTING AND TAGGING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICES
The provision of electrical inspection, testing and tagging of electrical equipment including test and tag, RCD testing, microwave oven testing and thermographic scanning (the Services) in full compliance with all current Australian Standards, State or Territory Acts and legislation, and Commonwealth Standards.
DIBP is aware of one or more Commonwealth Agencies that, at the time of issuing this RFT, intend to procure the Requirement from the successful Tenderer(s) as part of this RFT process. In addition, DIBP wishes to facilitate procurement of the Requirement by other Commonwealth Agencies in the future using the mechanisms in this RFT and the Draft Contract - see Terms and Conditions clause 32.
The Respondent (or any of its proposed Subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth; The Respondent must be compliant with all State & Territory Legislative and National Code requirements pertaining to the goods or services in question; The Tenderer and its proposed Subcontractors are not listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth); The Respondent must not be bankrupt or insolvent; The Tenderer must confirm that neither it, nor any proposed Subcontractor, has a judicial decision against it relating to employee entitlements that is not under appeal or unpaid.
