Supply of an Enterprise Software Development Lifecycle Framework for DIBP

Provision of goods and services concerning the Enterprise Software Development Lifecycle Framework for DIBP. The Framework should provide multiple development paths supporting different modes of delivery. The Framework may include a wide range of software tools, such as tools required to provide an integrated SDLC, technical tools used by SDLC practitioners, reporting, analysis, scanning and automation tools. The Framework is envisaged as an integrated capability supporting high levels of automation in process flow, approval gating, artefact generation, development and test environment management and testing, as well as data and service virtualisation. The Framework may operate on private virtualised infrastructure, private cloud or public cloud. The Department also seeks EOI in supporting implementation services, including recommended software development methodologies, configuration support, training and coaching and so on.
