• Flexibility to prioritise their work to fit in with Geoscience Australia’s changing requirements;
• Expertise in operating in a range of Australian or similar environments, such as rural, desert, urban and remote, with regard to the environment, local communities and other stakeholders;
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms thatin dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply withCommonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) and obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth)and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
The Indigenous Opportunities Policy may apply to contracts executed under any resulting Deed. In such cases, the tenderer must submit a plan for providing training and employment opportunities to Indigenous communities and for the use of Indigenous suppliers that are small and medium enterprises. Over the term of the deed. Initial term of 3 years and two options to extend each for 1 year.
