Handyman Services (the Services) comprise minor maintenance and repair services such as painting, minor carpentry related tasks, furniture removal, residential property condition reports – pre and post occupancy and ad hoc services that:

(a) are not large in scale or nature;

(b) are not “high risk construction work” as defined under Regulation 291 of the WHS Regulations;

 (c) can be performed by one or two individuals;

 (d) can address different areas within a site as required; and

 (e) do not require any specialist trade skills in any particular area or field but requires generalist knowledge of minor maintenance and repairs with commercial buildings (office or industrial) and residential properties.
