System Integration Partner for a new Traveller Border Clearance Platform

The Department is seeking the services of a System Integration Partner for a new Traveller Border Clearance Platform solution. The Requirement comprises two phases. Phase 1 covers the scoping and design of the solution and will be performed on a capped time and materials basis. Phase 2 will consist of the System Integration role and separate work packages entered into pursuant to official orders under the contract.
Industry Briefing:
An Industry Briefing session will be held on 4th August 2015.
Tenderers are required to register via the Industry Briefing Registration Form at ‘Attachment G’ of this RFT.
Participation at the Industry Briefing is not a Condition for Participation. Further details regarding the Industry Briefing are contained in clause 8 of RFT Part 2: Terms and Conditions.
Data Room:
An onsite Data Room will operate from the 5th of August until the RFT Closing Time.
Tenderers are required to register via the Data Room Attendee Details form at ‘Attachment G’ of this RFT. All Data Room attendees are required to hold a minimum Baseline security clearance. Further details regarding the Data Room are contained in clause 7 of RFT Part 2: Terms and Conditions.
The Tenderer and its proposed Subcontractors are not listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
Phase 1 of the Requirement is expected to be completed within 3 months of the Commencement Date exclusive of public holidays and the period between Boxing Day and New Year’s day. Phase 2 of the Requirement is expected to be completed before end March 2018.
