VISA SUPPLY SERVICES
Defence is seeking to establish a contract with a Visa Supply Company (VSC) to provide official Visa and Third Party Note (TPN) processing services.
The VSC will provide a dedicated service processing Defence requests for official/diplomatic visas and, through a formal arrangement with DFAT, provide Third Party Notes. The VSC will also provide customer support, including travel advice, to Defence personnel on matters relating to documentation required for overseas travel.

Any questions relating to this tender are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer nominated. The cut-off date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven (7) days before the tender close date.
