MAHKOTA will provide necessary resources to assist the Government of Indonesia (GOI) to establish and strengthen a social protection system by providing strategic support to key system elements—policies, programs and tools—and how they interact. The Program Objective is to facilitate progress along the pathway towards a comprehensive social protection framework for Indonesia.

DFAT proposes that any Contract arising from this RFT will have an initial term of four (4) years commencing 1 June 2015, with an option to extend the Contract for a further term of two (2) years, exercisable at the discretion of DFAT.
