Feral Animal and Weed Mapping, Monitoring and Control at Various Sites in Victoria and Tasmania.

This project requires comprehensive feral animal and weed mapping and control planning to be conducted at multiple Defence sites in Victoria and Tasmania. Sites included in this project are HMAS Cerberus, Monegeetta, Swan Island, Longlea, Simpson Barracks, RAAF East Sale, RAAF Williams Point Cook, RAAF Williams Range, Fort Direction Ammunition Storage Facility, Buckland Military Training Area, Stoney Head Training Area and Derwent Barracks.

The scopes of works and associated documents have not been attached. To obtain the full scope of works documentation, tenderers are to submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement as follows:

4. Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement
5. Return the signed copy by email, as a scanned PDF file, to the Contact Officer / PDS Contractor noted below

Tenderers are to note that without the Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer / PDS Contractor, the complete Scope of Works cannot be released.

The cut-off date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven (7) days before the tender close date.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:

The tenderer must complete and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement.

The Tenderer must provide evidence that nominated personnel have a Victorian Department of Environment and Primary Industries Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP) or ChemCert or nationally accredited recognised equivalent competencies

The Tenderer or nominated Subcontractors must hold a valid Commercial Operators Licence for vermin destroyers/avicides for Victoria

The Tenderer or nominated Subcontractors must hold a Commercial Operator Licence minimum Category 2 (application of vertebrate pest poisons) for Tasmania

The Tenderer or nominated Subcontractors must hold the appropriate licences and accreditations to undertake feral animal management in the states of Victoria and Tasmania
