Request for tender for expansion of the Gallagher Electronic Access Control System

The Department of Treasury has two facilities located in Canberra:

The Treasury Building, Langton Crescent, Parkes; and
-
Level 2, 15 Moore St, Civic.
The existing access control system in the Parkes facility is an ‘Andover Continuum’ electronic access control system.
The existing access control system in the Moore St facility is a ‘Gallagher’ integrated access control system using Gallagher 6000 controllers and Command Centre Software.
It is the intention of the Department of Treasury to expand the Gallagher system across both tenancies and as per the details within this specification.
It is also the intention of this specification to seek tender submissions from authorised Gallagher distributers to cost the expansion across the Parkes Tenancy.

All tenderers must attend the mandatory industry briefing session on Friday, 15 April 2016. Please see details provided in the RFT.
Must be an authorised ACT listed Gallagher integrators with a presence within the ACT.
Contractors must hold an ACT Master Security licence.
All technicians must hold an ACT individual security licence.
The anticipated start date is June 2016.
