Catering for the APS Learning Centre for participants attending learning programs and meetings in the Treasury Building, King Edward Terrace, Parkes ACT.
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
The Customer will exclude quotes from suppliers:

that do not provide proof of
-
a food business registered with the ACT Health Protection Service (part of ACT Health); and
-
a food safety supervisor certificate.

that do not provide evidence of interstate food registration if required;

that are listed on the ACT or relevant State Government’s Register of Food Offences (currency on latest published register);

on grounds such as bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract;

on the grounds of any adverse decision, including infringement notices, made by a relevant Tribunal, Judicial body, a relevant Commonwealth, State or Territory regulatory body, in relation to a suppliers’ practices concerning labour regulations (including ethical employment practices), work health and safety, environmental impacts, or food safety standards (as required by Commonwealth Procurement Rule 10.18);
It is expected that the Supplier will be willing to provide assurance that its staff, contractors and / or agents who are involved in preparing food will, at a minimum, undertake free on-line food handlers safety training.
On selection of the preferred supplier, the Customer will exclude suppliers that are unable to provide proof of public liability coverage for up to $10 million.
Subject to achieving value for money and meeting our requirements, the Contract will remain in force for 12 months with 2 x 1 year extenison options.
