Description:

Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites builders to tender for the Design and Construction of 20 houses at Googong NSW.

Respondents must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) to the contact officer for this project.

All tenderers are strongly recommended to attend a briefing with DHA’s construction team which will outline the requirements of the major revision to DHA Design Guidelines Version 7 (August 2017), DHA Property Checklist Version 7 (August 2017), DHA Specification Version 7 (August 2017), and Googong Design Guidelines.
