The Australian Taxation Office is proposing to establish a contract with a provider for an Influenza Vaccination Program for its employees in 2018. The Contractor must be able to undertake a successful national program that ensures the vaccination of an estimated 9,900 employees.

The ATO proposes to enter into a Contract with the successful tenderer:
- substantially in the form set out in the Part 5 Draft Contract, and
- for a term of 1 year (with 2 x 1 year options).
