Minimum Content and Format Requirements
Subject to clause 5 of the General Conditions of Quotation, the Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that:
a. the tender does not meet the requirements set out in clause 1;
b. the tenderer has not provided a signed AC565 Request for Quotation form;
c. the tenderer has not completed and submitted Annex A List of Requirements - Essential;
d. the tenderer has not completed and submitted Annex B List of Requirements - Important;
e. the tenderer has not completed and submitted Annex C List of Optional Requirements; or
f. the tenderer has not completed and submitted Annex D List of Further Information.
Conditions for Participation
The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with these conditions.
Essential Requirements
The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tender does not comply with an essential requirement identified in the draft Statement of Requirement.
