Point Quobba Remediation Project
This ATM seeks to identify a suitably qualified and experienced provider to undertake structure remediation works to the Point Quobba Lighthouse
There is a mandatory site visit to Point Quobba scheduled for Thursday 16th November.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
a. The Tenderer must hold an Australian Company Number (ACN) and/or an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN);
b. The Tenderer or their representative must attend the mandatory site visit;
c. The Tenderer must have Business management systems certified/accredited to:
I. AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008;
II. AS/NZS 4801:2001;
III. AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004;
d. The Tenderer or their designated sub-contractor must have accreditation to class 3 and class 5 of category A of the Painting Contractor Certification Program (PCCP).
This project must be completed by 30 June 2018 including acceptance of the completion report by AMSA. If the tenderer does not believe that this can be achieved, then Tenderers must advise this within their response.
