RFT for the Provision of Accommodation Program Management Services for the Australian Government

The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced organisation to establish and manage an Accommodation Program for the Australian Government (Government).
The successful Tenderer will be required to:

establish and maintain an accommodation program for the Government;

negotiate net (non-commissionable) rates with a wide variety of accommodation providers;

provide accommodation inventory to the Government’s travel management company;

manage allotments to meet the needs of Government travellers;

provide comprehensive and accurate data and reporting to Finance and participants;

make and manage bookings for government travellers;
- pay accommodation providers; and
- charge participants' travel cards.
