Soldier Modernisation Systems Program Office on behalf of the Australian Defence Force is seeking the supply of Quantity 117 ruggedised Handheld Personal Digital Assistants.

Other Instructions:

Quotation responses and tender samples are to be submitted by no later than 12.00pm AEST on 7 March 2014.

PLEASE NOTE NEW CLOSURE TIME OF 12.00PM INSTEAD OF 2.00PM ON FRIDAY 7 MARCH 2014 DUE TO TENDER ROOM BEING CLOSED BETWEEN HOURS OF 12.30PM AND 2.00PM.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Responses and tender samples must only be delivered between the hours of 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and between the hours 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 3.00pm on Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Request for Quotation responses and tender samples will not be accepted outside of these hours. All responses must be securely sealed and have RFQJP2088-01/2014 and closing date of 7 March 2014 clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging.
