Description:

APRA requires the services of a professional consultancy providing services including program and change management, with experience working in the public sector on transformational programs involving process and system changes. The consultancy will be required to provide program and change management services across the Athena program and its core projects; develop and execute program delivery plans, develop and execute an internal engagement strategy with, consistent with APRA’s program and change management methodologies and frameworks.
