Description:

The Bureau requires the use of a crewed charter vessel to undertake maintenance of nine offshore weather stations located on small islands and coral cays in the Coral Sea.

Bureau personnel will undertake all station maintenance activities. The primary role of the vessel and crew is to transfer and accommodate these personnel and their equipment.

Conditions for Participation:

The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
