Real Estate data is used by the ATO for compliance activities. Information needs are specialised and vary from one area of the ATO to another, depending on business priorities.The ability to conveniently provide real estate data information to staff regardless of location is critical to the ATO. The ATO is seeking solutions which are not restricted to physical sites for specific computers.In addition to the required content, compatibility and ease of integration are also important considerations.

The Tenderer must be able to demonstrate the capability and capacity of the proposed system by permitting the Procurement Team an opportunity to test the system and its compatibility within the ATO environment and the capabilities of the program recommended.
