Description:

This ATM seeks a single Service Provider able to provide a Satellite-based Synthetic Aperture Radar (SSAR) Oil Spill Monitoring and Surveillance service over specific areas of interest.

The three main benefits and objectives of the service contract will be providing AMSA with three satellite surveillance and analysis capabilities:

a) monitor risks of vessel sourced pollution

b) confirm suspected oil spill incidents

c) support an oil spill response.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer must hold an Australian Company Number (ACN) and or an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN).Any Tender which does not comply with all the conditions for participation set out in clause 2.5.1 will be excluded from consideration.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Anticipated commencement of the contract is 23 May 2014 -June 2015 for phase 1 of the project. If phase 2 goes ahead it will be from July 2015 - June 2017.
