Establishment of a panel of Indigenous enterprises that can provide a full variety of building maintenance and related services (either directly or via subcontracting) to tenancies in Canberra.

Membership of this panel will be limited to businesses meeting the definition of Indigenous Enterprise under the Australian Government's Indigenous Procurement Policy (i.e. 50% or more owned by Indigenous Australians).
Registration with Supply Nation (supplynation.org.au) is recommended for all such tenderers.

The initial term of the panel will be until 30 June 2018, with two one-year extensions possible.
