Description:

The Bureau of Meteorology requires the services of a suitably equipped and crewed Charter Vessel for the resupply of the Bureau’s Willis Island Meteorological Station located in the Coral Sea.

Conditions for Participation:

The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet or comply with any one or more of the following conditions for participation as detailed in the Tenderer’s Declaration:

a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time; and

b. the Tenderer is not a joint Tenderer.
