The successful Tenderer will be required to provide an executive search and recruitment service on an as required basis whilst continuing to adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Department may also require the successful Tenderer to provide expert facilitators on an ad hoc basis to assist the Department to deliver its leadership programmes.
The executive search process may require the successful Tenderer to conduct confidential enquiries by drawing on extensive personal and professional networks, databases, and government and other relevant directories, industry and professional associations to supplement the field of candidates.
The Requirement includes provision of:
(a) an executive search and recruitment service (as described in clause 2 of the Requirement);
(b) an executive search only service (as described in clause 1.2 of the Requirement); and
(c) facilitators for leadership programmes (as described in clause 3 of the Requirement),
as required.
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement) of the RFT.
For the avoidance of doubt, Tenderers must offer to provide the executive search and recruitment services and may offer to provide facilitators for leadership programmes. Tenderers should specify in their executive summary (Table 1 of Attachment B (Response Schedules) of Schedule 3 (Information to be Included in Tenders) whether they are offering to provide facilitators for leadership programmes.
The Tenderer must confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 in Part 1 of this RFT.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be three (3) years with no extension options.
