The Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security (IGIS) is an independent statutory office holder who reviews the activities of the six Australian intelligence agencies under IGIS jurisdiction. 

The Office of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security is a small agency with staffing numbers expected to reach 60 during the current financial year. The office has a discretionary budget of $13.6 million in 23-24. Employee expenses and expenditure with other commonwealth agencies account for 83.3% of this budget.  The remainder of the budget comprises administration, travel, legal and consultancy expenses.  The office has a capital budget of $0.3 million.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
