The Conditions for Participation are set out in the RFI Part 3 Response Form. Before preparing a Response, a supplier should first ensure that it (and all relevant subcontractors it proposes to identify in its Response) can meet the Conditions for Participation. The DTO:
Will not consider a supplier’s Response unless that supplier complies (and all its relevant subcontractors comply) with the Conditions for Participation as at the Closing Time.
Will not further consider a supplier’s Response if it (or any of its relevant subcontractors) ceases to comply with the Conditions for Participation at any subsequent time in the RFI process.
