Geoscience Australia is seeking to engage a suitable cloud based solution that delivers business process management, integrated workflow, case management and reporting and analysis functionality to support the efficient and effective delivery of Corporate Services to approximately 1000 non-concurrent users.
The successful Tenderer will provide process business continuity from the current production solution and may be required to provide professional services to assist Geoscience Australia to develop and deploy further automated workflows and processes. The processes currently include applications under a single portal with common integrated global and enterprise components.
1. The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
2. The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
3. The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
4. The tenderer has a current Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment or equivalent security assessment certification that shows compliance with Whole of Government standards including the Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
Three years with two options to extend for a period of 12 months each.
