Preferred Builders List - Expression of Interest - APPLY NOW
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites qualified Upgrade builders and minor works contractors to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion on the DHA Preferred Builders List.
DHA intends to establish a list of prequalified builders, to be known as the Preferred Builders List (PBL), to meet the growing need for DHA property Upgrade works across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
Submissions are encouraged from potential Respondents for works to be undertaken in one, some or all of the Regions.
Requests for further information in relation to this EOI should be directed in writing to the Contact Officer only, any contact with any other DHA staff member relating to this EOI may invalidate the EOI submission.

Subject to section 3.4, DHA may, without limitation, exclude a submission from further consideration if DHA considers that the submission does not satisfactorily comply with the following Condition for Participation:
a) The Respondent and any sub-contractors proposed in the Submission must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
Evaluation of this requirement will be undertaken as part of the Evaluation Process detailed at Section 6.2.
