Standing Offer Notices

A Standing Offer Notice (SON) is reported on AusTender when a standing offer arrangement is established. This arrangement is a continuing offer to a supplier or suppliers to provide specified goods or services over a nominated period, and includes Panels. The Notice displays the details of the arrangement, including participating suppliers and agencies.

Locate by Keyword

To locate a Standing Offer Notice using keyword(s), enter keyword in the field.

Locate by SON ID

If known, enter the AusTender Standing Offer Notice identifier (SON ID) in the field.  The SON ID must contain the prefix ‘SON’.

To locate Standing Offer Notices with an end date that has been reached, select ‘Closed’.

Use the calendar selectors to locate Standing Offer Notices (SON) with a publish date, start date or end date between a specified date range.  Once you have selected a Date Type you can specify a Date Range using the calendar selectors.

Publish date – the date the SON was published

Start date – the date the standing offer commenced

End date – the date the standing offer ceases

To locate Standing Offer Notices by Multi Agency Access that may be shared by one or more agencies, select 'Yes'.

To locate Standing Offer Notices that are not shared by any other agency, select 'No'.

The ‘Panel Arrangement’ field indicates that the Standing Offer Notice (SON) is a panel arrangement.

If you want to search on all SONs, do not include ‘Panel Arrangement’ in the search criteria.

If known, enter the ABN of a supplier listed on a Standing Offer Notice.  ABN filtering is an exact match so please ensure you enter the entire 11 digit ABN.

Each Standing Offer Notice (SON) must have a UNSPSC category.  To locate SONs published in a specific UNSPSC category, select the category from the list.

If known, enter the ATM ID linked to a Standing Offer Notice.  The ATM ID is the identifier published on AusTender when the approach to market to establish the standing offer was conducted.
