Print Management Panel

The Department of Human Services operates a panel of print management providers, as part of a wider cooperative procurement program relating to the development, production and / or distribution of communication products and materials.
The current panel (standing offer SON2658382) commenced on 30 October 2014 and expires on 29 October 2019.
The Department of Human Services is releasing a tender to refresh the panel. The new panel will commence on 30 October 2019.
The panel in its current form, and with its current membership, will expire on 29 October 2019. Members of the current panel must respond to the tender in full if they wish to be a panel member from 30 October 2019.
The arrangements will allow for all Australian Government agencies, as well as state and territory government agencies, to access the panel.
This cooperative procurement program does not represent a whole of government arrangement, and is not part of the coordinated procurement framework administered by the Department of Finance.
Services available under the current panel include:
Print consultancy and brokerage
In-house design
Print procurement and job management
Digital asset management and version control
Supplier relationship management
Inventory management
Consolidated invoicing and reporting.
The Department of Human Services is inviting feedback from interested parties on the current scope of the panel and its service delivery model, which is attached to this ATM listing. Industry feedback will be used by the Department of Human Services to iterate the scope and service offer of the tender which will be released on 15 July 2019.
