Provision of Agent Services at Katanning (WA) and Laidley (QLD)
The Australian Government Department of Human Services is seeking tenders from organisations interested in providing Agent Services in Laidley (QLD) and Katanning (WA).
Agents are contracted to deliver services and programs on behalf of the department.
Agents play a vital role in the delivery of our services to communities in rural and remote Australia. Agents provide a face to face information service and free self-help facilities including an internet enabled computer, telephone and facsimile/photocopier/printer to help people do their business with us.
A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful tenderer depending on the agreed hours per week that services are provided.
Training and equipment is provided.

The Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the standard terms and conditions for agent contracts at https://www.humanservices.gov.au/business/services/information-agents-and-access-points-host-organisations.
The Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the fixed pricing specified for agent contracts at clause 5 of Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement) of this RFT.
It is anticipated that the Services will commence from 1 July 2017. The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer(s) will be one year.
