The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is Australia's national statistical agency, providing trusted official statistics on a wide range of economic, social, population and environmental matters of importance to Australia. Further information about the ABS is available at http://www.abs.gov.au.
The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics is seeking submissions for the development, hosting and support of the 2021 Census Digital Service.
The Service will be:

A responsive web application designed for mobile and desktop pc use

An online form designed to be accessible, secure and scalable and which may include up to four different form types

User services including “Contact Us”, “Request a Paper Form” and other services

The primary Census web site for participants in the Census, containing relevant web content and communication including links to social media

Outbound communications to users through email and SMS

A secure, efficient and scalable cloud hosting solution.

There are no Conditions for Participation
The ABS is seeking to Contract for an initial period of 3 years and 4 months (February 2019 to June 2022).
The ABS may in its sole discretion extend the term of the Deed beyond the Standard Term for further period or periods, up to a maximum of 2 years.
