Geoscience Australia is seeking a company to drill 20 boreholes using the sonic drilling technique. The bores will be located in the eastern Keep River/Bonaparte region, near of Kununurra, WA.
:
- The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
- The tenderer confirms thatin dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply withCommonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (Cth) and obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth)and relevant work health and safety laws.
- The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
- It is mandatory that the successful Tenderer, its employees or subcontractors hold, or able to obtain, a Class 2 Waterwell drilling license in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, and that at least one licensed staff person is on site.
