2018 Australian Early Development Census – Jurisdictional Support

The department is seeking to engage the successful Tenderer to deliver Services related to the AEDC, including:

providing support to Commonwealth funded AEDC State and Territory Coordinators to assist them in performing their contractually required functions (outlined in the RFT). This requires, amongst other things, for materials to be updated, maintained and, if required, developed in order to support and address the developmental needs of AEDC State and Territory Coordinators;

investigating and providing recommendations for innovative ways in which to increase awareness and engagement with the AEDC;

working in collaboration with the managers of the AEDC State and Territory Coordinator secure portal to facilitate the delivery of online support to the AEDC State and Territory Coordinators;

facilitating regular meetings for the AEDC State and Territory Coordinators to allow for sharing of best practice examples, and to provide training and support as required; and
facilitating and holding a national AEDC conference to allow Australian and international stakeholders to come together in order to increase awareness, understanding and utilisation of the AEDC.
