The Memorial is expecting a realistic commercial return on the licence for catering services, balanced with a consistently high standard of quality, service and value for money. Proposals should demonstrate an outstanding and creative response to the Memorial’s catering needs, including innovative plans for the use of the available facilities.
All potential tenderers must register and attend a mandatory industry briefing that will be held at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra on Friday, 8th September 2017.
It is expected the Contractor’s Contract Manager will be based at the Memorial in the offices provided and would occupy a role no less than General Manager Operations or similar to ensure they have full responsibility of the operation.
Potential respondents must register their attendance at the Industry Briefing by 4pm Tuesday 5th September, 2017 via email to the Contact Officer at: procurement@awm.gov.au.
