Program Management Services for SDIP2
The Sustainable Development Investment Portfolio (SDIP) is a twelve-year program of Australian assistance to sustainable development in South Asia which aims to improve the integrated management of water, energy and food in three major Himalayan river basins—the Indus, Ganges and Brahmaputra. Phase 2 (ARP-SDIP2) includes an investment of $42 million between 2016 and 2020, working with 7 main partners from Australia and South Asia, including ACIAR.
The Program Manager (PM) will take primary responsibility for management and reporting on the various activities ARP-SDIP2, working closely with the Regional Program Coordinator, to deliver an integrated program of work which addresses the SDIP2 objectives and ensures that capacity building, gender equality, and monitoring and evaluation are supported and integrated into the implementation of each component; and that results and achievement of ARP-SDIP2 are communicated coherently.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) and obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
