Request for Tender for a Design & Build Contractor for refurbishment and integrated fit-out Australian Chancery, France
DFAT is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the design and build of approximately 6000sqm of office space in the Australian Chancery Building, Paris, France.
The scope of the project includes the design followed by delivery of the base building engineering services refurbishment, structural works and integrated fit-out including furniture and fittings.
The tender documents (including Contract) are attached on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).
A separate package of documents (DFAT RFT 169 Pack 5 of 5 Volume V) containing site data etc. will be issued to Tenderers at the Industry Briefing.
A mandatory industry briefing will occur in Paris in relation to the Works. Refer to clause 1.5 of the Request for Tender.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
a. The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this Tender process;
b. The Tenderer either currently, or by the time Construction commences has the required construction licenses in place. to operate in France; and
c. Each additional condition for participation stated in the Tender Particulars (if any).
