This RFT has two packages:

• Package 1 - VMS Platform

• Package 2 - Mobile Communications Service Provider

Other Instructions:

Tenderers may tender for either or both packages. If a tenderer wishes to tender for both packages, AFMA requires a separate technical and pricing response schedule for each package on a standalone basis along with a third pricing schedule showing pricing if that tenderer was successful for both packages.

AFMA recognises that there may be efficiencies with awarding both packages to one provider and will be taking this into consideration during the evaluation process.
