Description:

The ATM seeks to establish a panel for multiple Service Providers able to provide equipment to be used on the surface (land or water) for direction finding to radio signals, and also to service and maintain that equipment if required

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:

a. The Tenderer must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).

b. The Tenderer must not be subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at the Closing Time.

c. The Tenderer must not be insolvent at the Closing Time.

d. The Tenderer must not be subject to any legal proceedings that may impact it’s ability to supply the Goods and Services.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The resultant deed of standing offer is expected to commence in July, 2019 for an initial term of 3 years with two one year extension options available.
