IP Australia wishes to establish a register of specialist IP mediation service providers. The IP Australia website will list details and fees of each service provider listed on that register, to assist parties to IP-related disputes to directly engage a service provider to provide mediation services.

Must hold accreditation by a Recognised Mediator Accreditation Body(RMAB) under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS).
