The project includes provision of up to 10 Individual Firing Lanes on a raised Firing Mound above the range floor inclusive of a cantilevered canopy and a supported firing post per firing lane. The range will involve construction of a target bank, Forward Firing Points, bullet catcher, vehicle maintenance tracks, vehicle parking. Remediating and deleading the existing bullet catcher and undertaking indigenous heritage investigations. Provision and installation of distance Markers, OH&S signage, and Ancillary structures to support the live fire facility which include; personnel waiting shelter, combined ammunition Issue kiosk and secured range equipment and target store, toilet facilities and vehicle.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows: - The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2016 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting its tender. - The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process. - Each additional condition for participation stated in the Tender Particulars (if any). - The tenderer must complete and sign the Tender Form and Statutory Declaration. - The tenderer must complete and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement.
