The Customer will be selecting suppliers that demonstrate suitable experience and qualifications in property related project management services. The Customer expects the Supplier to manage the project outcomes, in collaboration with the Customer, and will not be directly involved in the delivery of Services but will have, or have access to, their own supply chain (subcontractors) to deliver the Services. The Customer expects the Supplier to hold all responsibility of the subcontractor’s performance on delivery of project outcomes.
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
- The nominated Project Manager must be located in same geographical region as the project.
The Contract will remain in force for a period of 42 months, expiring on 30th June 2021.
