Request for Expressions of Interest for Supply of the Energency Call Service (Triple Zero (000) and 112)

Expressions of Interest are sought from interested parties capable of providing the Emergency Call Service in accordance with regulatory requirements and capable of meeting community expectations to be able to contact the ECS anytime, anywhere, easily, quickly and free of charge. The contracted supplier will be required to provide the Emergency Call Service for Triple Zero (000) and 112, and will be appointed Emergency Call Person for these numbers. As Emergency Call Person, the supplier will be obliged to receive and handle contacts made to Triple Zero and 112 and transfer such calls to an appropriate Emergency Service Organisation (police, fire, ambulance).
