The Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (Innovation) is required to provide the Advanced Online Forms component (SmartForms Solution) for the Australian Government Online Service Point (AGOSP) Program.
AGOSP is a major cross-agency development program that will enhance the australia.gov.au website to provide people with simple convenient access to government information and services. The program is designed to realise key objectives of the 2006 e-Government Strategy, Responsive Government: A Service Agenda.
Innovation is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the SmartForm Service. of forms development services using the Adobe LiveCycle Technology. Subsequently, the Department is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for the development of SmartForms.

Conditions for Participation:
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership; and
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must be willing to undergo a police records check in order to meet the security clearance requirements for Agencies as defined in the Security Standard Operating Procedures for AGOSP SmartForms Solution.
