For the provision of Optical Surveillance Services

The department is seeking responses from suitably qualified providers for the provision of optical surveillance services.
The Conditions for Participation are:
(a) Tenderer’s must hold a current licence(s) as an Investigation or Private Enquiry Agent or equivalent granted by the relevant State or Territory authority for each State or Territory for which they are offering the Requirement. Tenders must provide a copy of the licence(s) as part of their Tender response.
(b) Confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 in Part 1 of this RFT.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2), one-year extension options, exercisable at the discretion of the department
