Airservices requires the professional services (Services) of a Contractor with the capability and capacity to analyse, plan, define, implement and potentially support an upgraded desktop computing environment that is based on at least Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.

The primary aims of Phase One is to conduct an analysis of the Airservices environment and determine the suitability of using next generation technologies in support of broader business objectives. Upon determining a suitable path forward the Respondent will be required to develop detailed documentation to support the implementation phase.
Phase One involves the following:

(a) Conduct an environment assessment;
(b) Develop an options summary;
(c) Develop detailed requirements and design documentation;
(d) Develop an implementation plan;
(e) Develop a support plan; and
(f) Develop a detailed cost model.

At the conclusion of the Analysis Phase, Airservices will review and assess, and may elect to benchmark the outcomes supplied by the Contractor to implement the proposed Solution and validate the proposed approach. This activity seeks to ensure the Proposal for the implementation represents value for money to Airservices.
