Defence requires the services of a marketing specialist provider with knowledge and experience of Australian creative advertising agency performance standards to facilitate an independent assessment of CADS Supplier performance through a qualitative questionnaire, covering agreed performance criteria completed by nominated DFR personnel (up to 15 participants), on a biannual basis.

Initial term from date of execution to 30 Apr 22, with two extension periods of up to 12 months each.
