Using an open-tender Request for Proposal (RFP) to lead into a pre-selected Request for Tender (RFT). Evaluation criteria for the RFP are contained within the Conditions of Proposal.

Description:

Request for Proposal to solicit information regarding viable sustainment options for the Deployed Network Capability (DNC), particularly the Enhanced Deployed Local Area Network, and to determine an appropriate Integrated Support Provider to provide those sustainment services.
