The department is seeking providers that have demonstrated expertise in writing in plain English to support the department’s implementation of the Plain English Policy through the delivery of training and related services, including in:
- The context of government;
- online environments; and
- both general communication and specialist areas such as:
- legal and procurement;
- parliamentary; and
- audiences with specific needs.
